Impact Investing:
The pandemic has not only changed the lives of millions of people in how they do business and how people do their jobs.  The World Economic Forum estimates that the pandemic has set back women’s wages by nearly four decades.  That is why more women and the LGBTQ+ communities are placing their investments in companies where they hope their voices will be heard.  The more women have a voice in the corporate world, the more climate change becomes a part of the conversation at board meetings.  Socially responsible investing is not only investing in companies that care about climate change but also investing in companies that have diverse corporate boards.  If you are serious about climate change or pay equity,  socially responsible investing is a way to make both of these things happen.
